Patient Navigator Toolkit
Patient Navigation in Cancer Care 2.0 focuses on the history and evolution of navigation, core competencies, current models of navigation, and the role of the navigator along the cancer care continuum. The incorporation of the AONN+ Seal of Approval/Certified Endorsement Mark Program, a contributing factor to the final product’s innovation and effectiveness, was the result of close collaboration with Pfizer Oncology.
