The Editorial Assistant (EA) provides support to the Editorial Director of several publications and helps with the peer-review process of 2 publications. The AE handles invoices for several publications, prepares articles for editing, searches for relevant photos, and locates relevant references. The EA also formats articles and references according to the different journal’s style. Assist editors in their day to day administrative needs.

The Lynx Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our fast paced team in Cranbury, NJ. The Sr. Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for leading the project management team for the agency division at The Lynx Group. The PM will also be responsible for project management for live, print and online projects. The PM will act as the point person on the assigned project for internal stakeholders and will be responsible for providing internal and external project status and timeline updates, budget reports, reconciliations, and other project management deliverables. Must be able to travel 10 - 15% of the time including weekends.
