Account Executive

The Lynx Group is looking for a Full-Time Account Executive (AE). The AE will manage the day-to-day execution of work on assigned account(s) and serve as the point of contact for project communication between the client and internal team. The AE will have a thorough understanding of each project – the scope of work/deliverables, timeline, and budget.

Account Supervisor

The Lynx Group is looking for a full-time Account Supervisor (AS) to join the Strategix team. The AS's primary role is to provide day-to-day client interaction and overall program management, working with and reporting to Senior Management. The AS will be responsible for the successful management of projects from implementation to reconciliation. The AS leads, co-leads/attends client meetings, including status review sessions. The AS also assists with providing training and mentorship to Account Executives/Managers and Account Coordinators, as needed.

Account Executive (Medical Publications)

The Lynx Group is seeking a full-time Account Executive (Medical Publications) to join the Strategix team. This role would be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of assigned medical publications account(s) work and serves as the point of contact for communication between the client, thought leaders and internal team. The ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of each project – the scope of work/deliverables, timeline, and budget.

Associate Editor

The Lynx Group is seeking an experienced Associate Editor. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of medical editing experience, good knowledge of AMA style, an excellent command of medical terminology/editing related to a variety of clinical areas, with a strong focus on oncology. This position also entails writing brief summaries of published clinical and policy-related articles, press releases, and newsworthy information, including briefs related to new drugs and key points for articles being prepared for publication.

Junior Advertising Sales Associate

The Lynx Group is seeking a Junior Advertising Sales Associate in Cranbury, NJ to join our vibrant company. This position will provide a qualified candidate the opportunity to learn advertising for a medical communications/publishing company from the ground up. The ideal candidate for the Junior Advertising Sales Associate position needs to be an excellent verbal and written communicator with experience in preparing and delivering advertising presentations to new and existing clients. Account Group Supervisor

The Lynx Group is seeking a full time Account Group Supervisor (AGS). The Account Group Supervisor’s primary role is to provide day-to-day client interaction and overall program management, working with and Reporting to Senior Management. Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for project management of live, print, and online projects. The PM will liaise with internal stakeholders/departments, third-party providers, and medical education partners in the production of activities, from inception to completion. The PM will act as the point person on the assigned project for internal stakeholders and will be responsible for providing internal project status and timeline updates, reconciliations, and other project management deliverables.

Medical Director

The candidate has the key role and responsibility of being the Medical Director for the Strategix Department of The Lynx Group. The candidate is responsible for developing, editing, proofreading, approving, and finalizing scientific materials for all promotional, scientific communications and educational materials, and new business endeavors (including as relevant to proposals to existing and de novo customers). The Medical Director is responsible for providing direction to the relevant teams to ensure optimal, timely, and on-budget tactical project support for the development of quality unbiased educational materials. The Medical Director will also be responsible for proposing new ideas and concepts for business development with pre-existing and prospective customers and collaborators.

The Lynx Group is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate must have a documented track record of success and be willing to travel. The candidate must have excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Senior Medical Director

The Senior Medical Director works with the scientific team, project managers, editorial teams, and corporate management to assist in ensuring the scientific accuracy and integrity of all materials and communications across educational projects as well as established and new business endeavors. The candidate is responsible for creating, reviewing, improving/enhancing, and finalizing content and providing direction in support of the development of quality-unbiased educational and scientific communication materials.

Senior Advertising Sales Associate

The Lynx Group is seeking a Senior Advertising Sales Associate in Cranbury, NJ to join our dynamic company. This position will provide a qualified candidate the opportunity to apply their knowledge and experience with advertising for a medical communications/publishing company. The ideal candidate for the Senior Advertising Sales Associate position is a candidate who can collaborate effectively with their Manager and Senior Leadership, be an expert in preparing and delivering advertising presentations to new and existing clients, and have a proven ability to maintain constructive working relationships internally and with clients.

Account Coordinator

The Lynx Group is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to join the Strategix team. This position will be responsible for supporting client-related and administrative activities of the agency division to ensure the effective and timely execution of assigned programs in a manner that enables the agency to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Digital Project Specialist

The Lynx Group is seeking a Digital Project Specialist (DPS), who will be responsible for coordination, management, and administration of content and content distribution products across The Lynx Group portfolio of digital assets. This dynamic role requires a wide range of web development and management skills to maximize the value of digital articles, e-mail promotions, surveys, and other digital offerings. The DPS will liaise with internal stakeholders/departments, content providers, third-party technology providers, and editorial partners to consistently deliver engaging web experiences that attract and retain a high-value audience while supporting all internal business requirements. The candidate will act as the point person on content and distribution projects for internal stakeholders and will be responsible for providing ongoing status and timeline updates, collecting and collating metrics, product enhancement ideas, and other deliverables. The DPS will also be integral in the development of new product proposals with regard to audience need, traffic and usage targets, and establishing goals.

Senior Medical Editor

The Lynx Group is looking for a full-time Senior Medical Editor (SME) to join the Strategix division of our dynamic company. The SME position requires editing at all levels, including copyediting, substantive editing, fact-checking, proofreading, styling, and layout review of various medical communication materials across several therapeutic categories, including oncology.

Associate Medical Director

The Associate Medical Director works with the scientific team, project managers, editorial teams, sales/marketing, and executive management to ensure the scientific integrity of all educational projects. The Associate Medical Director is responsible for supporting the development of quality, scientifically accurate branded and unbranded promotional and educational materials. The Associate Medical Director accomplishes this by supporting team members in all phases of activities, including researching, creating and revising scientific content.

Office Coordinator

The Lynx Group is seeking a Full Time Office Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Cranbury, NJ. The ideal candidate must be organized, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong attention to detail.
