Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for project management of live, print, and online projects. The PM will liaise with internal stakeholders/departments, third-party providers, and medical education partners in the production of activities, from inception to completion. The PM will act as the point person on the assigned project for internal stakeholders and will be responsible for providing internal project status and timeline updates, reconciliations, and other project management deliverables.

Required Education/Experience:

Must have 1-3 years of project coordination experience of various live, print, and digital projects in healthcare/pharmaceutical environment or related experience

  • Understanding of or willingness to develop understanding of ACCME, PhRMA, FDA, and OIG rules and regulations
  • Must be able to travel 10%-15% of the time, including weekends
  • BS/BA in business, marketing, health sciences, or communications
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and management skills
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to complete assignments with minimum supervision
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and willing to learn
  • Team player
