Account Coordinator

The Lynx Group is seeking a full-time Account Coordinator to join the Strategix team. This position will be responsible for supporting client-related and administrative activities of the agency division to ensure the effective and timely execution of assigned programs in a manner that enables the agency to maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Support Speaker Bureau Account Manager in coordination with speaker programs
  • Coordinate and finalize logistical arrangements, such as contracting with venues, securing proper AV, processing speaker expenses/payments, and assisting with speaker travel
  • Accurate and timely data entry of post-program materials, such as program evaluations, financials, and program attendance
  • Execute program closeout in accordance with customer and company standard operating procedures within appropriate systems
  • Calculate and prepare speaker fee for reports; review and submit speaker expenses
  • Keep detailed files on all aspects of communication, correspondence, and financial documents
  • Track progress of programs
  • Provide coverage for other team members when needed
  • Reconcile projects at completion/Sunshine Act reporting
  • Assist with other related projects within agency for healthcare/pharmaceutical environment, as needed
  • Complete timesheets on a regular and timely basis



  • Must have 1 to 3 years of experience


  • BS/BA in business, marketing, health sciences, or communications


COMMUNICATION SKILLS – Superior interpersonal and customer service and conflict resolution skills

COMPUTER SKILLS – Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially spreadsheets, database, and reporting tools. Knowledge of Cvent and/or Salesforce preferred

DECISION-MAKING SKILLS – Ability to make clear, concise decisions and solve complex problems

ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS – Establishing and maintaining an excellent relationship with the client and the participants is critical to the success of this position

ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS – Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to achieve goals in a timely fashion
